The system is composed of:
• Two inflatable cylinders placed inside the corpora cavernosa
• A saline reservoir implanted in the pelvis
• A pump positioned within the scrotum
When the pump is activated, fluid moves from the reservoir into the cylinders, creating a firm erection suitable for penetration.
Deflation returns the penis to a soft, natural state.
The implant does not affect ejaculation, orgasm, urination, or penile sensation.

How It Works
1. Inflation
The patient squeezes the scrotal pump. Fluid flows from the reservoir into the cylinders, producing a firm erection.
2. Deflation
Pressing the release mechanism returns fluid to the reservoir, restoring a natural flaccid state.
This mechanism allows full control over erection timing, duration, and firmness.
